General process
Launching with Stash is designed to be fast, flexible, and as low-effort for your team as possible. Go live with a basic shop in as little as two weeks—a low lift for your team that results in a high impact on engagement and revenue.
After the initial launch, we’ll continue working closely with your team over the next 4 to 8 weeks to deeply integrate Stash with your backend systems, catalog management, and more complex features. Here’s what the onboarding journey looks like.
Step 1: Kickoff meeting (1 week)
- Introduce key team members on both sides
- Align on goals, timelines, technical needs, and brand vision
- Roadmap project management
Step 2: Setup checklist (1 week)
We provide a detailed checklist that outlines exactly what we need to get started, such as:
- API credentials and access points
- Catalog structure or initial offers
- Authentication and account linking requirements
- Branding assets and style guidelines
Step 3: Requirements gathering (2 weeks)
- Joint technical discovery sessions
- Agree on customizations (checkout flows, loyalty integrations, reporting needs)
- Define success metrics for the launch
Step 4: Integration timeline (3-4 weeks)
We’ll build a detailed project plan with milestones for:
- Authentication integration
- Catalog integration
- Purchase handling setup
- Checkout UI/UX alignment
- QA testing
- Go-live preparations
Your dedicated Stash team
Launching with Stash is a true collaboration—but we aim to take as much off your plate as possible. While we manage planning, implementation, and support, your team mainly provides the engineering lift to integrate checkout, adapt webhooks, and handle any frontend changes.
- Dedicated Partner Engineer
- Serves as the primary technical point of contact for the duration of the integration
- Advises on best practices across auth, catalog, and checkout flow
- Direct Contact to Stash Engineering
- Help designing efficient data structures (e.g., SKUs, user payloads)
- Providing custom API endpoints if needed for additional features
- Dedicated Project Manager
- Manages timelines, deliverables, and communication
- Dedicated QA & Support Specialists
- Full test coverage in both sandbox and production
- End-to-end validation of checkout, webhooks, and fulfillment
We work closely with your engineering, design, and live ops teams to reduce the load on you while delivering a high ROI.
